Blown alcohol funny cars (aka BB/FC) began racing back in the early 1970's and are now a part of "nostalgia" drag racing.

In 2007, this car was bought by Ron Heulgi and was re-painted in the 'Tiki Warrior' paint scheme. The 'Tiki Warrior' made its first appearance on the track the following year. The car features a 526 cubic inch motor capable of 2000HP and is hooked up to a Lenco 3-speed transmission with a Ford 9-inch rear end. In 2012, Mattel commissioned a Hot Wheels car after the 'Tiki Warrior'.
