This Alfa Romeo 158 was reconstructed over a four-year period from original parts. Any parts that were considered to be unserviceable (which included the body and the chassis) were replaced with reproduced parts. Some of those reproduced parts for this car were constructed by the original Alfa Romeo part suppliers from the period.
