This Harley-Davidson was built by a local Oregon drag racer, Steve Dorn. He raced the bike to the 2011 AHRRA (All Harley-Davidson Racing Association) Championship . The bike features a V-twin 191 cubic inch motor that he built himself that runs on nitromethane fuel that is capable of approximately 1000HP. The motor is hooked up to a 2-speed transmission with a "slipper clutch". The slipper clutch was developed for performance-oriented motorcycles to mitigate the effects of engine braking when riders decelerate. The bike's frame is built from Chromoly and weights 850 lbs. This bike can run the quarter mile in 6.21 seconds were reaches speeds of 230 MPH.
